Production Capacity
Currently, we can produce 600,000 hats, 400,000 knitted hats and 400,00 bucket hats per month. Across the 3 factories, we have 400+ professional sta and 400+
advanced equipment.
Quality Control
We provide high-quality production, including custom baseball caps, trucker hats, ventilated hats, dad hats,
snapback caps, bucket hats and beanies etc, and we have passed professional certi cations, including BSCI, GOTS,
GRS, ISO, RMS, RWS.

Step 1
GET IN TOUCH
Hit the ‘GET A QUOTE’ button and ll in the form to give us a clear indication of what you’re looking for. Please provide as much detail as possible.
Step 2
GET A QUOTE
A sales representative will get back to you within 24 hours with a detailed price; the same person will handle your inquiry from day 1 to delivery and answer all your questions.
STEP 3
TECH PACK APPROVAL
Once you’ve approved the quote, we will prepare your tech pack including all artworks and their placement, dimensions, colors, and much more which we will send to you for approval
Step 4
SAMPLING
Now that the tech pack is approved, we’ll proceed with a sample (if required). Sampling time is roughly 12-18 working days and HD pictures from di erent angles are sent for approval. In addition, shipping can be arranged
STEP 5
BULK PRODUCTION
Once the sample is approved, bulk production starts. Sit back and relax while we work our magic during roughly 25-30 days depending on the current production schedule.
Step 6
DELIVERY
The hats passed our quality control and they’re now ready for shipping. We ship worldwide, both by air (3-6 business days) and by sea (35-50 days) and we always provide a tracking number.
